For this reason the age of Tecon’s employees ranges almost evenly from above sixty to under thirty and this mix provides additional stimulus to all.
The total workforce in Tecon’s head office in Milanofiori exceeds 30 units and is supplemented by consultants in the geotechnical and corrosion protection fields and draftsmen working at their premises. In the last two years the number of external man-hours has come often close to half the in-house ones.
